DiSC Certification

We’ve partnered with the Center for Internal Change to offer DiSC Certification—a credential that allows you to administer and deliver the DiSC Assessment as part of your consulting or coaching services.

The DiSC Assessment is a personal development tool that helps individuals understand their preferences and tendencies. It uses four key personality traits—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—to help people improve communication, collaboration, and performance.

To bring this opportunity to you, we’ve joined forces with the Los Angeles, Orange County (CA), San Diego, and Las Vegas ATD chapters to host an accelerated certification program this September. Normally priced at $2,995, members of our chapter will receive an exclusive $200 discount, bringing the cost down to $2,795. This fee includes all training materials and, upon completion, admin access to the DiSC Assessment platform.

This is a blended learning program with both self-paced work and live virtual sessions.

In the afternoon we will take Jess’s session and have multiple conversations that will give us the tools needed to implement these skills in our own environment.
